Postal Service via Registered Mail
We ship all postal parcels via Registered Mail so they may be traced (after 30 days) from Kuwait if necessary. There is no online tracking for this service at this time. You will be required to sign for parcels shipped using this method and they will be delivered to your mailbox. This is the method we use for delivery to APO addresses as well.
Once your order leaves Kuwait, European deliveries normally take 5-10 days in transit and US deliveries take 10-20 days in transit. The mail service is highly unpredictable though so be patient. Customs officials can delay parcels for security puposes so allow extra time for delivery.
All shipments from Kuwait are considered international and are charged the same rate. This rate comes directly from the Ministry of Communication, Kuwait: US$6.00 per pound.
